4. Applications & Submissions

When you apply for an opportunity or upload documents such as a CV, you confirm that the information is true and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, an interview, or a role.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its data.
• Interfere with the platform’s operation, security, or other users.
• Use the platform to send spam or for any unsolicited commercial purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the platform belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant us permission to use it solely to operate the recruitment services described here.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and retain your data, including CV retention periods.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
